About Aquila Connect
I have over 40 years of experience in property maintenance beginning many years ago working at a 600 unit apartment complex in Pennsylvania.  My career path took me in a different direction, but I continued working part time in maintenance and office construction gaining additional experience.  I owned and operated a home watch business in SW Florida  doing repairs and maintenance on the properties I managed.  I gained further maintenance and construction experience working as a Community Association Manager in several large communities in Bonita Springs and Naples, Florida.  I am a member of the Rhode Island Builder's Association and registered as a residential and commercial contractor with the Rhode Island Contractor' Registration and Licensing Board (GC-48423).  I am also a certified member with the United Handyman Association Professionals.
