Established in 2021, Kraken Automotive began as an after-hours mobile mechanic service while we juggled our regular full-time jobs. However, we are thrilled to announce that as of January 2023, we have expanded our services to a full-time operation.

As a small business, Kraken Automotive is operated solely by a dedicated husband and wife team. Scott, our technician, holds an ASE certification and boasts over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Jennifer is the mastermind behind all our marketing efforts, including our website, social media presence, and phone system. She manages these responsibilities while working full-time elsewhere as well.

We understand that as a two-person operation, there may be instances where it takes us a little longer to respond to customer inquiries and appointment requests. Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to send us a text message or email in addition to calling, when possible. This helps us streamline our communication and ensures that we address your needs promptly. To efficiently manage our workload, calls, and customer database, we rely on professional services. This strategic decision has contributed significantly to our success and allows us to deliver the highest quality customer service possible as a small business.

Kraken Automotive is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill mobile mechanic service. We take pride in offering a quality service with professional equipment. Our services are appointment-based, ensuring we allocate dedicated time to focus on your vehicle. In addition to our mobile services, we also provide a shop environment equipped with a lift for repairs that require a controlled setting.

To make our services more accessible and cost-effective, we do offer a shop you can drop off or tow your vehicle to in Astatula if you prefer or need. If your vehicle needs towing, we have established a partnership with a reputable local towing provider that we can recommend. However, you are also welcome to use your preferred towing service.
